We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. Because many of our treats are handmade or prepared in small batches, the appearance, color, size, coating, toppings, and presentation of individual products may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Flavors, products, packaging, and seasonal items may change or become unavailable without notice.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Promotions, discounts, bundles, fundraising prices, and bulk-order prices may have separate terms and may not be combined unless specifically stated.
Orders
By submitting an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing or website errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Food Allergies & Dietary Needs
Our products may contain or come into contact with common food allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, and other allergens, depending on the product and ingredients used.
Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should review available ingredient and allergen information before purchasing and contact us with questions before placing an order.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, we do not guarantee that our products are allergen-free or free from cross-contact with allergens.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available within our designated delivery area.
We currently offer free local delivery within 10 miles on qualifying orders of $24 or more.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, phone number, apartment or unit number, gate code, and any other information necessary to complete delivery.
Delivery times may vary because of weather, traffic, order volume, product preparation, or circumstances outside our control.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at no additional charge.
Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Pickup instructions will be provided with the order confirmation or readiness notification.
Refunds & Order Problems
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Natasha’s Sweets & Treats as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
Because we sell food products, we generally cannot accept physical returns of opened or unwanted food products. Please review our separate Refund & Satisfaction Policy for additional information.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but orders that have already been prepared, customized, purchased specifically for your order, or fulfilled may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.
Bulk, Corporate & Special Orders
Large, corporate, customized, and special-event orders may require additional preparation time, deposits, advance payment, or separate ordering terms.
Pricing and availability may depend on quantity, products, packaging, customization, and requested completion date.
Any additional terms applicable to a special order will be communicated before the order is finalized.
Fundraising
Fundraising programs may have separate pricing, minimum quantities, timelines, payment arrangements, and fundraising proceeds.
The applicable terms will be communicated to participating organizations before the fundraiser begins.
Participation in a fundraiser does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, or agency relationship with Natasha’s Sweets & Treats.

Unless otherwise stated, the branding, logos, product photographs, graphics, written content, product names, and original materials appearing on this website belong to Natasha’s Sweets & Treats or are used with permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without permission, subject to applicable law.
